Reimbursement
Courses, summer schools, career days and all other activities organised by the research school are normally free to members. We also cover your travel and accommodation expenses but we DO NOT cover per diems.
If you book your travel yourself, we encourage you to arrange this as early as possible to get reasonable price. You will need to submit reimbursement request afterwards. We could also help booking transport and accommodation in some cases.
In general, we do not cover single hotel room for PhD members. Sharing a room with a fellow PhD is the norm when situation allows.
